ACTIVITY: Students attend a fictitious ‘international networking event’
Students are given a card with information about their occupation (comic and illustration related) and their professional goals in order to find prospective and productive contacts and collaborations with other people. They are going to walk around the classroom exchanging information with each other and role-playing according to the guidelines. At the end of the activity, they will share their findings, and they will talk about the contacts they have made.
This activity fosters collaboration, cultural exchange, and industry networking something of great importance to these students’ professional careers. Other aspects that encapsulate Erasmus + days within this activity are:
- Cultural and professional exchange
- Career Development and Mobility
- Simulation of Professional Opportunities
- Creative Collaboration in the Arts
To conclude, the workshop promotes the spirit of Erasmus+ by helping students think globally, collaborate, and build professional networks.
