ADMISSION

PREVIOUS REQUIREMENTS

The following is necessary in order to apply for admission as an Erasmus student at the Escuela de Arte y Superior de CRBC de Ávila (EAÁ):

1.  A bilateral agreement, within the Erasmus+ programme framework, signed between your home institution and the EAÁ.

2.  Being nominated an Erasmus student by your home institution.

HOW TO APPLY FOR ADMISSION

You must fill in, print and submit  the following documents:

— Student Application Form.

— Learning Agreement, signed and stamped by your institution.

If you are nominated, the EAÁ will email you an acceptance letter and provide you with all relevant information.

APPLICATION DEADLINE

— Until 30 June, for the first semester and the full year.
— Until 30 November, for the second semester.

REGISTRATION

After being accepted by the EAÁ, you must register before the school year begins. Please view the academic calendar 2025/2026 to check the class start dates, holidays, etc.

You will have to submit the following documents:

— Home country ID or passport.
— Erasmus student credential.
— 2 standard sized passport photos.

SPANISH LANGUAGE COURSES

— The Escuela Oficial de Idiomas de Ávila offers Spanish language courses for foreigners starting in september.

— Spain’s oldest University, the Universidad de Salamanca, with a long-standing Spanish language teaching tradition, offers Spanish language courses at its Ávila campus.

— The Centro de Educación de Adultos de Ávila also organises Spanish language courses for foreigners. Enrolments are accepted all year round.
